WOW 😲 It has been a long time since I have been to Sam's Club. This place is huge and loaded with everything you could possibly want from a 100" TV (as big as my wall... 🤣 😂) to toilet paper and absolutely everything in between. I could not believe that you don't even have to stand in line to check out and let me tell you that would have been one long line!.... 😊 There were hundreds of people in there! The ease of going and loading what you want into your cart, then scan the UPC and just pay on your phone and walk out was so easy and hassle free. I wish I lived closer, I was there visiting a friend. No doubt will be back though!

This is a review about the optical/eye center. I had gotten a quote for my prescription glasses of $545. I decided to shop around and ended up at Sam's Club in Johnson City. My first day there, Lukas helped me. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Lukas gave me a quote with my insurance which was drastically less expensive comparing apples to apples; special lenses, highest grade of lenses, etc. He then advised me that in a few days they were having a but one get one half price. So, I went back then. This time, Chris helped me. He too, was very knowledgeable and gave me tips about how to wear glasses with my hearing aids. I ordered 2 pair and they only took 5 days to come in. Picking up my glasses was also an incredible experience! Very precise adjustments were made, assuring they were 100% comfortable and I was totally satisfied. Both Chris and Lukas are outstanding at their jobs and take exceptional care of customers...me. Highly recommend you come here for your next set of glasses!

I like the new Sam's Club remodelled look the receipt logo is awesome. This club is the best place ever to go to lots of selection of food, snacks, candy drinks, frozen food, refrigerated food, bakery deli and so much more including clothing. Very good selection. I like this place. Lots of self-checkout machines that accept card only and then some registered lanes that take cash and card

It is absolutely ridiculous you schedule a pick up, they are never on time. Why would you except so many orders if you can’t fill them on time. The reason people Use this this system is for convenience and we schedule a time that is best because of our personal schedules. You need to come up with a better practice, I do not have an hour and a half to spend in your parking lot. Absolutely ridiculous. You should get a better system

Ordering from the cafe is downright embarrassing. You can only order from the app and checkout. In my case, I did at checkout. Then your order is out in queue as only two (maybe three if youre lucky) employees work down a queue of orders. Instead of before having someone at the register taking orders that could optimize the service, you now are stuck waiting for the 13 orders ahead of you to get a single slice of pizza on a plate. Its like its designed to make you miserable. You stand there, seeing several ready made slices on display, and a worker who could easily throw that on a plate real quick. But no, he has to make three sundaes, five pretzels, and two whole other pizzas before he can even contemplate putting your slice on a plate. And you'll even see them put other slices on plates for upcoming online orders - which you'd think it'd make sense to get all the pizza slices taken care of at once - but no! Youre going to be waiting until they get to your number. I cant justify this at all. Name any other establishment that has you waiting more than two minutes AT MOST to serve you pre-portioned/hot-and-ready food? Just gut the damn cafe at this point if you hate your customers
